General

  1. Where do we store data and how is it encrypted?

Your sensitive data is stored in secure data centers that are protected by advanced security measures, including encryption protocols that safeguard your information from unauthorized access.

Data at rest is encrypted with the AES-256 algorithm (managed by our cloud provider). Backup data is stored in an encrypted S3 bucket (managed by our cloud provider).

Data transfer with all our endpoints (truesdellwealth.com) are exclusively over HTTPS, managed by Cloudflare's industry-leading security network, ensuring that your data is protected in transit.

  2. Do you ever see my password?

No, we never see your password. Your password is hashed and salted before it is stored in our database. This means that even if our database were to be compromised, your password would not be exposed.

Our infrastructure is currently hosted with Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Hivelocity in the United States.
